The results of coffee replanting depend on coffee garden condition and applied replanting techniques. In order to contribute to the success of this program, our study used all technical solutions on replanting coffee was conducted from 2016 to 2017 in Dak Lak province. The results showed that percentage of died trees were less than 6%. The rate and severity of yelllow leaf and root rot disease were\u00a0 lower than 10% and 4%, respectively. The nematode population in the soil and root\u00a0 were under 100 individuals and the number of fungus\u00a0 in soil\u00a0 7&#215;10<sup>3<\/sup> &#8211; 9&#215;10<sup>3<\/sup> (cfu\/g).
